**Job Description: Administrative Assistant - The Gift Wellness Foundation**
**Position**: Administrative Assistant
**Location**:Mostly at the Gift Wellness Foundation office in Derby and at times from home.
**Reports To**: Chair of the Foundation
**About The Gift Wellness Foundation**: The Gift Wellness Foundation, also known as PeriodPoverty.uk, is a dedicated charity with a mission to alleviate period poverty in the UK and beyond. Through various initiatives, including the distribution of menstrual products and the introduction of the Period Angels App, we aim to ensure menstrual health is recognised as a right, not a privilege.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Excellence**: Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, and document management, to support the Chair and the board of trustees.
**Strategic Support**: Assist the Chair in strategic planning by taking on admin-related duties, allowing her to focus on raising public awareness about period poverty and our foundation's efforts.
**Stakeholder Management**: Ensure the needs of our donors, volunteers, and partners are met promptly and professionally.
**Campaign & Project Coordination**: Play an integral role in campaign execution and the rollout of the Period Angels App, liaising with relevant departments or teams.
**Partnership Development**: Foster and maintain relationships with a nationwide network of partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Driving**: Must be a licensed driver and own a car.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent command over the English language, both written and spoken.
- **Communication**: Immaculate manners with an exceptional telephone manner.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Proven experience in dealing with stakeholders such as customers, donors, or volunteers.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Adept in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience with Canva for designing purposes.
- Familiarity with posting and scheduling content on social media platforms.
- Passionate about charitable work and making a tangible difference.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
