Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Blue Arrow. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the Education sector in Derby.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to our clients, including general administrative tasks, arranging online interviews, screening applicants, and taking phone calls.
* Create reports and organize data, sort through and process information, and process time-sensitive requests.
* Maintain and update information held on a database, schedule and prioritize allocated work on a daily basis, and learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output.
* Articulate and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Administrator or similar roles.
* Experience in using Microsoft Teams.
* IT skills.
* Ability to work to targets.
