HR Assistant

**What you'll be doing?**:
Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from our Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. We also have a specialised function - Barratt Partnerships.
While the work varies from team to team, our key requirements don’t: you must be well organised, extremely helpful and resourceful, and able to use your initiative. You’ll understand that what you do is important, and impacts on your team, the department, and the wider business.
You will be expected to:
- Proactively respond to queries as appropriate within the Group Pension & Group Private Medical Mailbox
- Process Pension Applications weekly and promptly send data to payroll
- Chase outstanding pensions - weekly
- Produce auto-enrolment letters as required
- Pension new member submissions and upload
- Assist with responding to basic pension mailbox queries on Pensions
- Ensure all necessary updates DIS link to pension are recorded in iTrent
- Maintaining the benefit platform to ensure accurate data against members, including data upload to update member numbers.
- Ensure all necessary updates are recorded in iTrent
- Support Group Risk to ensure approval and payment of invoices for Group Risk benefit providers, in accordance with the Prompt Payment Code (PPC) and the Payment Practices and Performance required by law.
- Maintain Bupa / Bluecrest health assessment eligibility list
