We are a reputable property organisation based in Coalville, seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Shared Service Manager and provide first-line support for day-to-day HR queries, offering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.

  • Expertise in HR-related matters, including performance management, absence management, conduct challenges, grievance processes, disciplinary procedures, and family-friendly processes.
  • Accurate record-keeping using our internal HR and Payroll Systems and the intranet to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaboration with Line Managers to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, advising on necessary steps as required.
  • Seamless integration with the payroll team for monthly/weekly payroll runs.
  • Recruitment support for new employees through our Company's recruitment system, promoting best practice and challenging non-compliance.
  • Customised induction processes for new starters, equipping them with necessary tools and documentation for success.
