ICONIQUE Performance is a well-being training and events production company. We offer emotional health and well-being solutions to companies and individuals, through tailored training programs, digital courses, coaching, events, and a well-being education platform INNER FIRE It Is.

Our latest training project is focused on bringing to the hospitality industry an innovative training solution which takes the learning experience beyond the course, to successfully meet the employees’ needs for the emotional and mental health friendly working environment.

About this role:
**Independent Contractors**:
This is a remote, commission based only role for independent contractors. You can work from anywhere in the world and you have a full flexibility over the working time. It is not how many hours you work but the results you produce that define your performance. With 30% commission, your earning will directly depend on your performance.

**Responsibilities**:
Bringing employees’ well-being training solutions to hospitality real estate industry

Seeking and optimising new sales opportunities

Generating new leads and building relationships in order to understand prospective client’s needs

Liaising with HR leaders and successfully placing our employee’s well-being training as part of the client’s employee development program

Working with the company director on the sales goals strategy and how to best exceed prospective clients’ expectations

Closing the sales calls and meetings and introducing new clients to the Operations Director

With the number of clients growing, this role can expand into Account Management or Sales Executive, with an option for a permanent employment contract if preffered

About you:
This role is best suited an experienced sales person with existing contacts in the large chains of hotels, or ability to make new connections in a relatively short period of time; a person who enjoys working independently and being fully accountable for the flow of ones work.

Your Experience and Skills:

- Understanding of buying personas to tailor your approach effectively
- B2B sales
- Implementing personal sales tracking systems to monitor the progress of leads, ensure timely follow-ups and manage client interactions
- Monitoring the progress of leads in the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups, and adapting strategies based on client needs and feedback
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to assess client’s training needs, enabling you to provide tailored solutions
- Strategic thinking
