**ESTATE AGENT - SALES CO-ORDINATOR - Stoke-on-Trent**

35 hours per week - Saturday working applicable

We are seeking a Sales Co-Ordinator to work in our fast paced Independent Estate Agents office. You must be a keen, motivated, professional & personable individual with a strong drive to succeed to join our team.

This role requires an individual with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone.

**The role will involve:

- **
- Call handling
- Greeting potential clients
- Arranging valuations & viewings
- Production of sales particulars
- Uploading properties to portals
- Conducting viewings
- Obtaining & providing feedback to vendors following viewings
- Receiving offers & negotiating between vendors & purchasers
- Qualification of purchasers
- Communicating & co-ordinating with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, other estate agents & the Platinum team to manage transactions and provide consistent updates for the portfolio, whilst maintaining and updating detailed notes throughout the course of the transactions
- Generating & issuing memorandum of sales
- Arranging access for valuations and surveys
- Dealing with surveys and renegotiations
- Managing clients' expectations throughout the process, going the extra mile to deliver an unrivalled service in a timely manner
- Registering potential purchasers & matching their requirements
- Managing content on social media sites
- Updating and maintaining our customer database

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- A resilient and positive attitude
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Strong physical/electronical administration skills
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills are required together with someone who can work as part of a team, supervised and unsupervised
- Ability to take instructions from their Manager
- Experience in or willing to learn and use to its maximum ability the companies CRM system
- Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with clients & the team
- Problem solving skills and being able to think outside the box
- Overcome challenges throughout the process
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the major social media platforms.
- You will be able to navigate your way around Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with ease.
- Formatting, cropping and cutting out product images for use
- Writing regular guides and blogs
- Creating appealing banner images.
- Artwork creation for digital and print communications
- Exploring new and emerging trends
- A creative flair for creating engaging written, photographic, and video content
- Organised, and able to multi-task when juggling a varied workload
- An eye for detail
- Work equally well as an individual and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Have a positive can-do attitude and be willing to help out in other areas of the business as required.
- Full driving licence and car essential.
