**Title: Sales Administrator / Sales Consultant**

The Best Connection are currently looking for an internal Sales Co-ordinator to join our busy client based in Stoke
- On - Trent.

The job will involve:

- Provide effective sales coordination & business administration duties for the business in the branch & sales area.
- Receiving and accurately processing customers orders/enquiries to customers satisfaction
- Purchasing from internal/ external suppliers
- Liaising with other branches / departments on stock transfers / transferred orders
- Keeping customers informed at all times regarding orders
- Accurately quoting transport costs
- IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Due to the nature of the role you will be need great attention to detail and ensure accuracy at all times and strong customer service skills. Previous experience with Microsoft packages will be required.

Hours of work are: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.

Hourly rate of pay is: £11.59- £12.33 dependant on skill set and experience
