Our client, based in Newcastle under Lyme is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to work within a small and friendly business within a small team. Working with the Customer Services Manager you will be a key point of contact for customers, supportingthe sales team with administration duties and helping to process the orders that come into the business from enquiries and existing companies.
**Job Description**:
- To be a point of contact for enquiries for customers
- Dealing with incoming customer service enquiries and sales enquiries
- Processing orders for customers
- Updating the company website stock for website orders
- Using the CRM system to update records
- To support the manager with reporting and analysing of customer service activities
- Previous experience liaising with customers over the phone
- Dealing with administrative duties for a manufacturing business - B2B
- Someone who is good at multitasking
- Strong telephone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Confident with MS Office, IT etc
- Ideally GCSE Level C or above in Maths & English
- Sage CRM experience is an advantage
Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7.45 am - 4.30 pm Friday 7:45 am - 12:15 pm
**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum
