We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispute Administrator to work with our prestigious client based in Stoke on Trent within their finance department. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain a career within a credit control/credit management department or for someone wishing to continue their career in sales ledger/credit control/invoice queries. The role is working within the credit control department but working closely with other departments within Accounts.

As the Dispute Administrator, you’ll be working in a busy credit control department and will undertake administrative duties to help the credit control team. Duties will include:

- First point of contact for all disputes on sales invoices being received into the business
- Ensure precise communication with the Credit Control Team regarding any resolutions and relevant information
- Answering incoming calls on occasion
- Filing credit notes and invoices
- Scanning documents into the IT system
- An understanding of debit and credit notes
- Must be competent in the use of Excel
- Have a desire to provide admin support to a busy credit control team
- Great communication skills
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Enjoys problem solving

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

**Salary**: £24,000 per annum
