**Staff Scheduler**
**Location: Cobridge, Stoke-On-Trent ST6**
**Salary: £28,000**

**Hours: Monday to Friday (early, mid and lates: generally 6-3/8-5/10-7) 45 hours per week.**

Your role will include scheduling/rostering staff, providing admin support to the leadership team and respond to a range of queries from front-line staff.

This role offers long term career progression.

**Applicants should meet the following criteria**:

- Prior administration experience in a busy role is essential
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work in a team
- Good IT Skills
- The ability to plan and organise

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling staff
- Providing a high level of customer service to staff and customers
- Co-ordinating staff rota’s
- Staff welfare checks
- Booking staff onto shifts
- Regularly updating the company scheduling system
- Respond to situations in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with site managers
- Taking inbound calls
- Act as the first point of contact for staff queries
- Update documentation and customer information
- Collate annual leave requests
- Generating reports
