This is an exciting opportunity to work for Phoenix Gas Services Ltd undertaking a variety of duties. You will be working within a small, hardworking, and friendly team. The role will include various administration duties with the aim to develop and have more responsibility.

As an **Administrator**, you will be assisting with the day to day admin tasks in the office.

This would include:

- Undertaking filing, faxing, record keeping, photocopying and distribution of documents
- Providing support to members of the management team
- Using Google software package including sheets, docs, and drive
- Dealing courteously and efficiently with all telephone enquiries
- Contacting tenants/customers and booking appointments
- Logging dates accurately for certificates, Quality Checks and other important information
- Dealing with any tenant/client queries
- Ensuring engineers' work planners are full on a daily basis
- Raising invoices
- Receiving material invoices from suppliers and updating costings database
- Scanning gas-related paperwork and file in the relevant location
- Receiving paperwork from engineers for the previous day and updating IT systems
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 in Maths & English
- Administration experience (3 years)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to details
- Fantastic telephone manner
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Enthusiastic 'can do' attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
