An important part of our improvement involves how we communicate and engage with our residents and other stakeholders.

To help us deliver this work, we’re recruiting a Communications Coordinator to join our team. This is a great career development opportunity, as you will:

- Work closely with the Customer Service and Communications and Engagement Team to coordinate any messages or updates across all communication channels.
- Staff the Cornwall Housing Social Media channels, being the voice of the business and displaying the ‘Customer First’ mindset in all interactions. Flagging any developing issues so that a coordinated response can be gained to prevent escalation of comments into News Stories.
- Craft and issue internal staff communications
- Contribute to the production of bespoke communication plans, including working with staff and customers to take great photos and create good videos

**To be successful, you'll have**:

- Relevant marketing or media related vocational/professional qualification or relevant experience
- Experience of successful delivery of marketing and media campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and IT skills

**Salary**: £23,709 per year

**Working Hours**: 37 hours per week

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Base**: Hybrid working - mostly working from home with regular trips to head office in Bodmin and in the community as required
