Communications and Engagement Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Programme Lead to join our team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development, coordination, and delivery of our communications and engagement programme.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead on the transformation of adult community mental health services in Cornwall. You will work closely with stakeholders across the healthcare system to support people in accessing a range of services in a timely way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of communications and engagement strategies to support the delivery of community mental health initiatives.
- Work strategically to identify interoperability between workstreams and change programmes to maximise reach and potential of communications strategies.
- Develop relationships with external stakeholders to ensure communication strategies are responsive to the needs of the system.
Requirements:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience in a specialist area, such as promotion and marketing, public relations or journalism.
- Experience of delivering stakeholder engagement and consultation projects.
- Experience of designing and creating content for social media and other platforms using specialist software.
The successful candidate will have a salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
