About Us
NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to our community. We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative support to our senior executives and other stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple diaries, and producing papers and documents for internal and external meetings. You will also be responsible for horizon scanning for risks or opportunities and making recommendations to improve processes and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven administration and/or PA experience, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to react quickly to changing scenarios. You should also be able to demonstrate compassion in the workplace, commitment to continuing professional development, and alignment with the NHS values.

The salary for this position is approximately £30,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include discounts in store and online, optional pension and life assurance, flexible working options, and much more.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working is available, with flexibility to work from office locations.
