**Position: Resources Coordinator**

**Division: Infrastructure**

**Purpose of the Role**

As Resources Coordinator you will maintain and control all resources for the implementation of the depot work bank ensuring the most efficient resource is used.

**Key Areas of Responsibility & Accountability**
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the provision of site requirements are in place.
- Periodic site visits to ensure compliance and issue site reports for distribution.
- Proactively identify problems and seek solutions to problems arising from site, staff and vehicle welfare and safety issues.
- Ensure all resource skill sets are compliant and in line with Company and Industry (Rail) standards.
- Ensure labour spend does not exceed budget for each job.
- As you will expect the organisation may change from time to time and you will be expected to meet the operational requirements.
- Any other reasonable duties as required from time to time.

**Person Specification**

**Essential**

The job holder will have:

- Good understanding of the construction / railway industry.
- Highly effective motivator with strong written and spoken communication skills and capable of interfacing at all levels in the organisation.
- An ability to handle short term pressures arising from short term deadlines to achieve labour targets.
- Computer literacy and use of planning tools.

**Desirable**

PTS Awareness of industry issues.
