**What you will do**

Sensormatic Solutions helps retailers deliver frictionless personalised experiences by powering accurate decision-making across the enterprise. The Project Manager Assistant supports the Project Managers with all project related activities such as updating and reporting on project plans and statuses, coordinating and leading project meetings and keeping all key stakeholders up to date throughout the course of the project.

**How you will do it**
- Assists the Project Manager with the development and implementation of projects
- Contributes to issue resolution and escalation
- Conducts analysis activities to update the project status and dashboards
- Monitor, track and report the status of project deliverables
- Ensures time, cost and quality metrics are in line with the approved project plan
- Maintain register of compliance with the used Project Management Methodology
- Contribute to and develop the project plan under guidance of a PM
- Update and share all relevant project documentation with the key stakeholders of the project
- Research and analyse options in relation to business cases and project deliverables to support decisions
- Understands project goals, their prioritisation, and the possible impact on project plans
- Maintain the inputs for the project dashboard in the Project Management tool
- Anticipate and assess the impact of project changes, whether budgetary, planning, timeline, or resource oriented
- Identify and escalate any possible variance from project plans
- Prepares accurate documentation to support cost and resource estimates
- Ensures proper communication and handover of all project related topics to third party contractors
- Organises the project meetings and its agenda
- Provide structured project meeting minutes to the stakeholders of the project

**What we are looking for**

**Required**:

- Minimum 2-year experience either in Customer Service or Operations
- At least 1 year of experience as S&D user (Service & Delivery)
- An understanding or project methodologies
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Office Excel
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train employees
- Able to work in a team and stressful conditions
