ProBusiness Accountants is a friendly and dynamic boutique practice with a passion for cutting edge technology in cloud accounting. Our accountancy practice has experienced significant growth over recent years, with a client base ranging from start-ups to established businesses.

As a result of this sustained growth, we require a highly experienced client-facing Payroll specialist to work with our ever-increasing portfolio of clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive person to join us on our journey.

As our **Payroll specialist **you will
- Process weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual payrolls accurately
- RTI submission and submission of pensions to various providers
- Creating and posting journals to clients accounting software
- Ensure all payroll deadlines are maintained through an awareness of priorities and workload
- Manage daily payroll inbox, addressing client queries and resolving issues
- Production and submission of P11D’s
- Prepare year-end reports and distribute P60’s

We need you to show us that you have:

- Minimum 2 years experience within an accountancy practice processing high volume end to end payroll and automatic enrolment pensions
- Proficient knowledge of payroll and pension legislation
- Working knowledge of accounting software: Quickbooks, Xero and Quickfile for accurate posting of journals
- Working knowledge of Brightpay software desirable
- More than excellent attention to detail
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to liaise confidently with a range of clients and offer exceptional customer service
- Experience of working in the accountancy practice sector
