About the Role

We are looking for a talented Accounts Administrator to manage the financial accounts of our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administration Forms: Complete and submit forms for customers in Liquidation or Administration
  2. QuickBooks Management: Monitor and post payments, receipts, and transfers
  3. Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
  4. Payroll Processing: Post monthly payroll figures to QuickBooks
  5. Childcare Vouchers: Process submissions
  6. VAT Returns: Ensure accounts are reconciled for quarterly VAT returns

Our ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software, as well as strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
