**The Role -Customer Service Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator**

Working closely with our Talent Attraction Advisors, you’ll get involved with our team orientated culture where strong communication is high on the agenda, helping each other to overcome challenges and celebrate daily successes.

The comprehensive training that you will benefit from will enable you to proactively support allocated existing clients, helping them to efficiently attract their own talent through our tailored job advertising and recruitment marketing solutions.

You will be managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, and your focus will be on:

- Gathering detail from clients around their requirements and writing job adverts tailored for each campaign
- Uploading approved adverts to job sites and social media channels
- Proactively phoning allocated existing clients to; nurture relationships; provide updates, support, and advice; and ultimately ensure their recruitment campaign leads to a hire

- Salary in the region of £20,000 to £25,000, starting level dependent on experience
- Generous annual leave starting at 25 days plus bank holidays, rising incrementally with length of service to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays
- Permanent contract with full time hours, working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm
- Company funded social activities and events

As a Customer Service Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator**,** you’ll be working at our prestigious offices located on the New Vision Business Park in St Asaph, conveniently situated near to the A55. **Our Requirements**

No experience is required as thorough hands-on training will be provided to enable you to succeed as a Customer Service Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator, although you will need to bring:

- Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills, with an inquisitive mindset and a helpful, friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner
- A positive mindset and be solutions focused
- Enthusiasm to learn, determination to succeed, and resilience
- Natural ability for written communication with a high standard of grammar, spelling and attention to detail
- Good standard of computer literacy, with timely and accurate typing and data entry skills
- Superb organisational skills and able to work under pressure with frequently changing priorities
