**Payroll Coordinator and Accounts Assistant**
**Hours**:9am - 5pm
**Location - **Gloucester
**Salary - **£28,000 - £30,000
**Key responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage payroll documentation (inc. staff documents and management reports)
- Book-keeping relating to sales ledger, banking and accounting journals
- Liaise with external payroll bureau to process monthly payroll and resolve queries
- Work with internal stakeholders for approval of payroll and ensure accuracy
- Participate in payroll reviews and provide ad-hoc information as needed
- Company credit card administration - reconciliation and posting of monthly spend
- General admin for the finance department (e.g. mail, filing, placing orders)
**Key skills**:
- Previous payroll (ideally large volume) and accounts admin experience
- AAT Level 3 or above
- General IT skills to include at least intermediate Excel
- Experience of systems and procedure development/improvement
- Excellent administration and data management skills
