Customer Service Officer

Morgan Hunt is currently looking for a part time Customer Service Officer to work for our client in Chelmsford during Out of Hours.
This role is scheduled for evenings and Weekends on a two-week rolling rota as below with all days working from their offices in Chelmsford:

**Saturday-** 08:00-16:30 **Saturday-**off
**Sunday-**08:00-16:30 **Sunday-**off

**Customer Service Officer responsibilities**:
- Being the first response to tenant questions/ complaints
- Directing calls to the appropriate departments
- Liaising with contractors and residents to help coordinate services
- Diagnose urgency of repairs and compose works orders
- Investigate delays in service raising any obstacles in service to a manager
**Ideal Customer Service Officer**:
- Experienced in delivering outstanding customer focused service
- Understanding of Social Housing Environment
