40 hours Monday to Friday

Our client is an established organisation with 17 years in the industry. The highly professional team offers outstanding quality, flexible virtual assistance services to their 270 plus client bank, with the aim of becoming indispensable to the clients’ businesses. The team consists of eleven great ladies, two lovely gents and Rosie and Looby Loo the post dogs - you will have to love their gorgeous Cockapoos

These Call Handler roles are one for Team Ewok, supporting all our wonderful trades clients, one for Team Yoda, supporting our clinician and business service clients, and finally one for Team C3PO supporting our complex needs clients, this also involves more administration work.
- Have two years’ experience in a call centre or telephonist role
- Good written and spoken English
- Possess a professional telephone manner and clear telephone voice
- Be organised with attention to detail
- Be quick to learn new systems

**What the role involves**:

- Taking and making calls
- Diary management using Google Calendars, Office365 and bespoke software systems
- Planning routes for clients
- Working with capsule CRM
- Booking appointments
- Typing

**Application Process**:

**Salary**: Starting on £23,920 per year, following successful probation this increases up to £24,440

**Hours**: 40 hours Monday to Friday

We are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays, shift patterns would be within these times.

All staff agree to work a maximum of two Saturdays a month (realistically it is only ever one) Saturday pay is in addition to basic salary.
