Job Title: Call Centre Handler

Optime Group, in partnership with a prestigious client, is seeking a skilled Call Centre Handler to join their team at the Avanti site in Oxley. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling all inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns, building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Coordinate the processing and distribution of goods within the warehouse and train stations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Monitor goods movements and update customers on the status of their shipments, identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of goods deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with colleagues in the warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements.
