To support our recently acquired Heatmiser business within IMI Hydronic Engineering, we are looking for a **Technical Support Advisor** based at our site in Blackburn, Lancashire UK.

In this role you will join our team of Technical Support Advisors based at our site in Blackburn. This is a great opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the product offering of the Heatmiser business and beyond and to support all our customers on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide high quality technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth running of their systems
- Support and liaise with internal teams on technical questions
- Based on customer feedback, help with maintaining and improving our product range
- Support customers to familiarise themselves with their heating controls, advising on products for new installations plus troubleshooting and fixing technical issues
- Recommend alternative products, services or solutions as part of customer issue resolution
