We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join Tolent working in the North East for Tolent Living.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently in a Customer Services role to continue their development supporting across projects in the North East.

The Role you’d play as a Customer Care Coordinator:

- Recording reported defects accurately onto the defect management system (Clixifix)
- Reporting defects to sub-contractors and ordering materials
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and liaising with subcontractors/ clients to ensure the effective resolution of defects and customer queries
- Effectively handling customer complaints
- Updating of information/ records onto the defects system
- Communicating with customers, clients and subcontractors via all channels
- Carrying out customer satisfaction
- Provide day to day administration support
- Supporting the preparation and attending community involvement events

What you’d bring as a Customer Care Coordinator:

- Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a similar environment
- A thorough knowledge and level of computer literacy
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through to completion
- Professional, assertive and confident communication skills; both in writing and over the phone
- Ability to be flexible whilst handling a wide variety of tasks
