Contact Centre Agent

**STH Westco** is based in **Leigh (UK, Greater Manchester) **and part of the STH Group based across Europe (Barcelona, Madrid & Athens) and South Africa (Johannesburg) offering market-leading **plumbing, heating and sanitary solutions** that contribute to efficient water use, water savings, energy efficiency and maximum durability without impacting user comfort.
**Main responsibilities**
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Build a good level of product knowledge
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sales.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Provide support to the sales team.
**Salary**
Base £22,308.00 per annum
Bonus 5% performance related bonus scheme
Workplace Pension: 4% Employer 4% Employee contribution
Life Assurance: 2 x Salary on completion of 3 months employment
