**Aim of the Job**:
Team Metalogic is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join their well-established team based in Caerphilly. You will play a central role in the smooth running of our office, supporting our Office Manager and Management Team, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external queries. The role is to complement an already in-post part-time employee as a job share.
You will be providing office/admin support including dispatching customer orders, receiving in deliveries, taking telephone calls, procuring basic items and providing support to the Office Manager.
**Working Hours**:
20 Hours per week, 1pm-5pm Mon-Fri _(Friday working hours negotiable)_
**Job Objectives**:
- To support the Office Manager with basic day-to-day administrative tasks.
- To support the sales department with day-to-day client procurement requests.

**Skills & Competencies Required**:
- Flexible, can-do attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills showing strong examples of communicating in a clear and concise manner.
- Be dependable and punctual always.
- Willingness to learn internal IT systems to a high standard.
**Key Tasks**:
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
- Prepare and administer client documentation including contract documents, client reports and day-to-day documentation.
- Receive inbound telephone calls and route appropriately.
- Meet and greet visitors to the Company premises.
- Support procurement tasks for client projects and routine/repeat orders.
- Support client billing, invoicing and account reconciling.
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service to clients.
