Trainee HR Administrator

You'll be working in the HR shared service centre for South Staffordshire PLC where you'll help us to look after our 3000 strong workforce across the UK. Working with our brands such as South Staffs Water, SSI, Hydrosave and more, you'll be processing transactional paperwork that really means something You'll be setting up new starters, drafting contracts, setting up payroll and managing correspondence throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
**What you'll be doing**:
**Administration**
Ensuring the integrity of HR data
Maintaining employee files as to ensure accuracy and compliance
Ensuring the relevant HR System is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
General Administration
Producing HR documentation including standard letters and payroll confirmation of salary/terms and conditions changes.
Creating passes for existing and new starters
Maintaining colleagues' files.
Recording employee sickness
**HR Employee Services**
Building strong lasting relationships with the business and delivering an exceptional service
Supporting and guiding employees on HR enquiries and requests
**What you'll need**:
Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar Administration role
Have first-class relationship building skills
Have a customer service mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
