Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain employee information and records in line with GDPR guidelines.
- Ensure paperwork is processed in a timely manner for payroll processing and HR system is updated.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR-related enquiries and information.
- Manage on-boarding and induction process.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed such as letter generation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.
