This is a combination of ensuring that the times and dates of events are accurate plus identifying members of staff to deploy at these events. Furthermore, ensuring that each member of staff is aware of their start time and the vehicle allocated to them. Other duties include speaking to customers about their bookings for both events and private ambulance transport. You will receive basic training and support to enable you to undertake the role but it is an advantage if you are competent with both the GRS rostering system and the Cleric journey planning software.

What we need is a highly motivated individual, who is committed to patient care, somebody that can demonstrate good customer service skills, an ability to develop practical solutions to problems and have a good standard of education including GCSE's in Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
