HR Co-Ordinator

The HR Co-Ordinator role offers the opportunity to get involved in all operational tasks and will allow you to make a difference with day-to-day HR.

THE ROLE:
Working in a busy office part of a wider HR team this role offers a great opportunity to be involved in a truly operational HR generalist role at grass root level interacting with different stakeholder groups in a busy and interesting role.

Purpose of the role:
To provide first line support to management Teams across all areas of HR and support the wider HR team effectively managing HR processes, HR systems, and employment data.

Main tasks:
Contribute to HR policy development

Work with Recruitment Partners supporting with recruitment campaigns

Provide advice and support to Managers on ER issues, absence management, non complex disciplinary cases, informal performance management support

Maintain accurate employee data, file, contracts HR and payroll systems

Produce routine and ad hoc MI reports, on absence management, employee turnover

Manage new starter process from offer/onboarding/production of employment offers and contracts

Support on induction plans for new starters and visitors

Support with HR initiatives

Support management of training, L&D, manage training plans, events, courses

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally CIPD 3 or 5 (or working towards)

Working knowledge of HR systems

Strong IT skills (Word and Excel)

Strong ER experience / basic employment law knowledge

Excellent IT skills, report writing, data capture

Min 2 years HR experience / working in HR department

Ability to work with mínimal supervision,

Confident, discreet and confidential,

Good written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

Good multitasking skills

Ability to prioritise
