**Hours of work**

37.5 per week (Hours of work will be flexible and dictated by the needs of the business, therefore it is expected that the successful applicant will work those hours necessary to successfully discharge the duties of the role).

**The Role Overview**

Actively supporting the HR team to successfully evolve the Company's People Strategy. To provide guidance and actively contribute to overall business success.

**Key Outputs**

Recruitment
- To co-ordinate recruitment activities for vacancies across the business.

General HR
- To proactively support our commercially focused HR Business Partners regarding a range of people centered initiatives, always ensuring compliance with UK Employment Law.
- To support operational managers in all areas of employee relations, providing robust pragmatic advice.
- As appropriate, to accurately deliver an advisory service to colleagues for employment related issues.
- To create and deliver people centric initiatives, positioning the Company as an employer of choice within the region.
- To monitor and review all HR practices, policies, procedures, processes and documentation to ensure they are in line with UK Employment Law, making recommendations for change as appropriate.
- To deliver strategic projects to implement the People Strategy, positioning the Company as an employer of choice within the region.
- To produce Management Information as requested on key HR metrics.

Reward and Recognition
- To be the key point of contact for the day-to-day delivery of reward and recognition initiatives.

Learning and Development
- To be the key point of contact for new colleagues to the business, specifically induction.

Other
- To co-ordinate the management of HR information.
- To deliver ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

**The Person Overview**

We are looking for an individual who wants to continue to develop their HR career in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. You are proactive in working across all areas of the HR function.

Career development support will be provided, specifically with CIPD qualifications.

**Skills, knowledge & Experience Essential**
- Qualitative experience operating in a HR or recruitment function.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent letter writing skills.
- Fully conversant with the full Microsoft Office suite with particular skill in the use of Excel and formulas.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in a financial services/professional services organisation.
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment.

**Qualifications Essential**
- English and mathematics "A" level or equivalent
- Working towards CIPD Level Five

**Desirable**
- Achieved CIPD Level Five
