**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel are working with a highly reputable business who is a market leader within their industry. They are a multi-national business who are looking to a recruit an experience front of house co-ordinator for their office in Leeds.
- The Front of House Co-Ordinator duties will consist of :_
- Deliver an outstanding visitor experience, by meeting and greeting visitors and customers, setting up meeting areas, escorting guests to relevant areas, and providing hospitality where required.
- Notify all relevant colleagues of their visitors and to ensure appropriate visitor systems are completed.
- Be responsible for the co-ordination of all meeting rooms, including setting up of meetings and ensuring equipment is available and accessible for all. Checking meeting rooms regularly to ensure they are clean tidy and that all equipment is in place and ready for the next meeting.
- Provide support with catering by assisting in food preparation and service as when required.
- Acting as the appointed person for roll call of visitors and contractors in the event of an evacuation of the building.
- Managing compliance of the H & S Visitor and Contractor procedure.
- Responsible for monitoring and ordering stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Managing the post room including incoming and outgoing post, parcels and courier services.
- Arranging travel including international flights, trains, hotels and car hire.
- Assist in booking and organising external meetings.
- Raising Purchase Orders using the SAP system.
- Carrying out Company Car administration duties, including driving licence checks, vehicle hand over checks and pool car maintenance.
- Ensure all Front of House areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Assisting with general office facilities and building maintenance.
**The Successful Applicant**:
The Front Of House Co-Ordinator will have:
- Previous front of house experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Team player
- Self-motivated, driven, ambitious and enthusiastic
- Strong IT skills: Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office (training will be provided for our bespoke systems)
- SAP Experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
