**Role Purpose**

To provide an HR Advisory service across the Group. Ensuring comprehensive and efficient first line advisory, case management, resourcing and HR project support.

**Responsibilities**

Deliver a quality first line advisory service; coaching managers on policy and procedure to ensure adherence to best practice.
Undertake ER/sickness case management and investigations with escalation to the HR Business Partner/Head of HR SD as appropriate.
Support/ownership of HR projects as required across all areas of HR including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, early careers and EDI.
Drive team effectiveness and strive for continuous improvement working closely with the Service Delivery team to improve processes and documentation. Support the development of the ER Framework.
Use technology including the HRIS system to drive data insight and reporting across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Support organisational design reviews, restructures and consultation processes.
Working with the relevant business areas across the organisation to support talent attraction, selection and retention activities and initiatives, delivering a pipeline of high-quality employees into the business.

**Person Requirements**
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- Proven ER experience, including investigations, case management and formal consultation.
- Prior experience of working across the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering against volume targets.
- Experience of managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrable attention to detail.
- Credible judgement and decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a coaching style.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proven ability to juggle conflicting priorities whilst working at pace.
- Data driven, inquisitive and improvement focused.
- High emotional intelligence.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid basis in our Redditch Office on a Tuesday & Wednesday

£30,000 - 35,000 base salary dependent on experience

Pension

30 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
