**Merchandising Administrative Assistant**
Mainline Menswear are a leading online retailer of men’s designer clothing in the UK. We are an established retailer of high-end designer clothing carrying over 100 brands including Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and Emporio Armani.
**The Role**:
To provide crucial administrative support to the established buying/merchandising team. Taking an active role in organisation of all supplier paperwork, running reports and analysing sales and stock figures.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Monitoring deliveries and investigating all discrepancies.
- Producing weekly delivery reports for the wider team regarding status of all ordered stock.
- Maintaining all key department paperwork, including keeping the system up to date with all supplier orders.
- Providing support to the Merchandisers regarding replenishment.
- Producing adhoc reports for the wider buying/merchandising team.
- A key point of contact with all brand suppliers and other departments within the business.
**Essential skills**:
- Strong administrative skills and understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly organised with great problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- A knowledge of the role of the merchandising and buying departments is desirable.
- A passion for fashion and trends is advantageous.
