We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Scarborough, Ontario.
Job Summary:This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, maintaining employee files, training records, and HR systems in accordance with company policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and selection processes, scheduling and conducting interviews/testing as required, ensuring timely feedback is provided to all candidates.
Additionally, the HR Coordinator will assist HR and hiring managers with booking and organizing candidates, prepare and deliver New Hire Orientation and various training programs to employees across the organization.
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Internet.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,375 - $70,475 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
