Part-Time Finance Assistant Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organised individual to fill our Finance Assistant - Full or Part time position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for financial administration, including processing invoices, managing accounts, and providing administrative support to our finance team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process supplier invoices, including agreement to purchase orders.
  2. Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash regularly.
  3. Organise payment runs and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  4. Raise sales invoices promptly.
  5. Monitor sales and purchase ledger, including credit control.
  6. Assist accountants with payroll and other financial duties.
  7. Complete reports and provide analysis of financial data.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experience with accounting software, a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications. A proactive and flexible approach to work is also essential.
