Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Crystal Claire Cosmetics, Inc. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
