An exciting opportunity exists to join the Spencer & Leigh family as a Lettings Administrator. Are you an experienced, energetic and pro-active person with a strong personality to work alongside the Director and a dynamic team? If so, we want to hear from you

The role is full time (Monday to Friday 830am - 6pm) and will be based at our Portslade office which is located in the Old Village. Past experience within the Lettings industry is essential. PropertyMark membership or equivalent qualification is also a strong preference, although not essential.

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing marketing, handling feedback, negotiating offers
- Preparing properties for market, arranging photos, floor plans, EPCs etc
- Tenant referencing, drafting ASTs, arranging inventories & check in's
- Processing deposits and overseeing the move in
- Handing AML and dealing with due diligence
- Liaising between clients, tenants, contractors, agents and other parties
- Keeping data up to date on our software systems.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
