Lettings Administrator

**Duties**:
- Reception - Receiving members of the public and incoming phone calls.
- Receiving calls regarding maintenance
- Processing check-in paperwork
- Managing the signing in/out of keys for contractors
- Receiving payments on behalf of the accounts department
- Book viewings as required
- Record ID verification
- Conduct and process mid-terms
- Obtain spare keys as required
- If required, undertake property visits following tenant requests
- Draw up tenancy agreements
- Prepare tenant welcome packs
- Book requests and pre-tenancy cleans etc
- Arrange Inventories
- Referencing
- Ensure properties are legally compliant before check in
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role the applicant should have strong customer service and time management skills. Experience using Excel, Word, Explorer and Outlook.
**A full, clean driving licence is essential.**
