SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator in Hinckley.
The role will require the skills detailed below, but it is important to note that they are looking for somebody with ambition and drive, who will be enthusiastic about the opportunity of personal and professional growth and development.
Your main duties will include
- To act as first point of contact for answering incoming calls and distribute accordingly.
- To Log & Co-ordinate all customer enquiries.
- Making Quotations using the internal system, ensuring all documentation is in place according to our commercial process.
- To ensure excellent communication between customer and the business following up quotations and maintaining accurate feedback on the quotation system.
- To ensure records and documentation are stored in a structured and organised way to ensure ease of access when required.
- To run monthly reports and assistance in compiling reports and presentations
- Provide Administration support throughout the introduction of new projects liaising between customer, Project Engineer and internal team.
In return you will be offered a salary of up to £23,000 and work Monday-Thursday 8:00am-17:00pm and Friday 08:00am-15:20pm.
