**The Company**:
ER Recruitment are working with a leading, award-winning employer to recruit a Business Administrator to join them in their success. This person will support a busy sales team acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
**Role & Responsibilities of the Business Administrator**:
- To be the first point of contact within the sales department
- Sales admin activity including processing orders
- Handling complaints and delivering a great service
- To support with data management on internal CRM
- Taking the lead on administration tasks such as report writing, letter writing etc.
- Supporting with an element of PA responsibilities such as diary management and bookings
- All other administration responsibilities that the sales team need support with
- Other activities as required in alignment with the role duties.
**About You as the Business Administrator**:
- Accurate literacy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Experience working to deadlines within a busy environment
- Confidence to work with big personalities
- Initiative and motivation to work efficiently and effectively without direction
