A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a growing global company based in Hinckley on a 6-month contract. This is an immediate requirement for at least six months with the opportunity of hybrid working available too.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service - to take ownership for, and follow through the Expediting process for supply of ordered Spare Parts
- Customer Service - to take ownership for, and follow through Customer Stock queries, communicating with suppliers and the DCs as necessary to completely answer all questions
- Customer Service - to action supplier Order Acknowledgments for orders placed by the company, and chase those not received
- Customer Focus - Understand (internal and external) customer expectations and work to achieve customer satisfaction
- Continued focus on process improvement within the Customer Service team
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of Expediting Spare Parts supply chain
- Knowledge of SAP Order Processing (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work on own initiative within a team environment.
- Using Excel to manipulate large amount of data
