Bookkeeping Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeping Administrator to join our busy office in Hinckley.
Working in a small but fast paced team you will need to have excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, our internal sales team and colleagues.
With excellent Excel, Sage and IT skills, along with the ability to work on your own initiative, you will be a key player in ensuring that the administration department of the business flows smoothly, and ensuring that optimum levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurate data entry of all invoices and sales receipts
- Dealing with supplier purchase orders and incoming invoices
- Daily customer order processing
- Using both Excel and in-house IT Systems
- End of month reports and bank reconciliation
- Sage - enter purchase and sales invoices on to Sage accounting system
- Processing expenses
- Filing of invoices / purchases
- Maintaining the stock list
- Allocating stock
- Answer busy office phone in a professional manner liaising with clients and suppliers
- Once a month produce list of all suppliers that are due to be paid
- Assisting colleagues where required

Hours of employment: to 5.00 p.m with 1 hour for lunch.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sage: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
