We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Project Support Coordinator to support the Cancer Directorate senior leaders in the implementation and delivery of a diverse variety of cancer related projects.

Strong communication skills are a must as you plan, capture, report, coordinate, support the governance progress and update documentation associated with projects as directed by the Operations Manager and Associate Operations Manager for the Cancer Directorate.

To be successful in this role you will be motivated, highly organised, have proven experience of working within Cancer Services and working on Cancer related projects.

You will have excellent communication and engagement skills - both verbally and written and you must be an effective team player.

The role of the Cancer Directorate Project Support Co-ordinator is to provide a professional, effective and efficient project and administrative support service to the Cancer Models of Care programme, the Cancer Directorate and to all its users including patients, services, relatives and colleagues.

The role of the Cancer Directorate Projects Co-ordinator is to successfully deliver projects and tasks to time, quality and within budget.

The Cancer Directorate Project Support Co-ordinator will be an ambassador for Cancer Models of Care and Cancer Directorate wide projects on a day to day basis to ensure there effective and efficient functioning as well as being a focal point of reference for all members of the department.

This post will involve liaison with potential suppliers, clinicians and operational managers at CUH in relation to Cancer Services, as well as members of the project team and other internal and external stakeholders.
