Project Co-Ordinator

JR Crane Services are recruiting for an individual to join our head office in Haverhill, Suffolk as a Project Co-Ordinator (Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 17:30). If you are organised, can multitask, enjoy fast paced and varied job role this could be the position for you

We require an individual to be able to manage and oversee projects running all over the country, including:

- Ensuring project sites have PPE and the necessary equipment for safe working practices.
- Diarising appointed person visits twice monthly.
- Recruitment of onsite personnel.
- Provision of support for appointed person(s) assigned to sites.
- Weekly/monthly general office administrative tasks.
- Quoting clients

We are also looking for an individual who will be happy to pick up other tasks when their workload allows for it and provide cover necessary. As well as someone who is confident in using social media platforms as this role will include updating our social media online profiles.

Competence with Microsoft Office is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal English skills. Good telephone manor is a must. However, experience within the construction/ lifting industry is not essential. Previous administrative experience is desirable.

The project support team is a small team however, what we lack in numbers we make up in personality We promote open and honest communication within the office and never leave a colleague behind
