Moffat Projects Fife are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Dunfermline. This is a full time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

- Processing purchase order numbers
- Liasing with suppliers regarding orders
- Placing orders for material
- Inputting supplier invoices into our system
- Ensuring the system is accurately updated.
- General administration duties if required.
- Check both quotes/invoices for errors.

Skills/knowledge required:

- Good writing, numeracy and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Team player
- Highly organised
- Reliable
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to use own initiative

A relevant qualification in Administration or IT is desirable.

**Salary**: From £24,960.00 per year
