**Role Overview**:
As Delivery Partner you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of People related change programmes while working with key stakeholders to deliver specific business outcomes.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assesses and mitigate risks ahead of a project launch
- Manage key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver the successful implementation of people change programmes across multiple areas
- Ensure people processes are clear and understood by all in to ensure smooth and timely execution of programme milestones
- Use and prepare bespoke data modelling to build financial models, generate business insight, prepare business cases and enable commercial and employment legal risk assessments that will support in determining the approach to delivery of strategic people projects
- Review and help provide recommendations in relation to programmes and projects based on financial viability, demographic / statistical evidence, commercial assessment and strategic fit

**What you’ll bring**:

- Proven generalist HR experience in particular the delivery of HR projects requiring consultation. Experience of TUPE would be an advantage
- Demonstrate strong analytical and commercial skills and have the ability to assimilate and analyse complex business issues
- Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Be able to work to specific deadlines and with changing workload
- The ability to interpret financial and commercial data and support decisions that will affect the cost of managing people projects
- Possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to manage issues with sensitivity and diplomacy
