**Team Transport and Land Development**

**Location of office - Manchester**

**M**ain Purpose of the Job**

Based primarily in our Manchester office, you will provide administrative support to project managers and their wider teams within the Transport and Land Development Business Unit. As part of your responsibilities, you are required to undertake general administrator duties to support the wider business. The role will also support our North Wales office in Mold where you will be expected to work from 2 -4 days per month. Flexible working arrangements can be agreed locally with your line manager.

**Main duties -**
- Provide support to project directors and project managers
- Prepare job setup documentation
- Manage and keep up to date Project Management Plans
- Project document control including archiving.
- Preparation and submission of project invoices.
- Track progress of invoices until paid and keep PM notified
- Preparation, formatting, and presentation of project documents
- Supporting teams with bid activities when required.
- Assist in ensuring H&S requirements are met by project team
- Maintain compliance with all projects related BMS requirements.

**General Administrator duties**:

- Day-to-day administrative tasks such as photocopying and scanning
- Diary Management for the management team within the office

**Preparation of key documents and correspondence**
- Ensuring compliance with the Business Management System, where required
- Organisation and Maintenance of case file documentation
- Preparation of relevant invoices, and arrangement of payment.

- Previous Administrative Experience (2+ yrs)
- Excellent IT-literacy, proficiency with MS
- Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
