**Purpose of the role overview**
The project administrator is responsible for supporting and assisting the finance integration project manager and team in the successful planning, execution, and completion of the project, providing day-to-day project administration assistance. Overall, the project administrator plays a crucial role in assisting the project team in achieving project objectives by providing administrative, coordination, and support services throughout the project lifecycle.
**Accountabilities**
- Assisting the project team with facilitating everyday activities (meeting organisation, meeting preparation, project document preparation, Project
document updates and meeting notes etc.).
- Supporting the project team to ensure we maintain excellent relationships with all business partners and project stakeholders.
- Identifying areas where the processes we operate within the project can be improved and work with the team to make changes where needed.
- Managing Documents and Data: Assist with retrieving, logging, and archiving documents and data as required within the project for the purpose of
informed decision making and audit.
- Assist with Project governance policies, standards, and templates
- Partner closely with other members of the project team to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Support Solution Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, developing rollout plans and procedures
- Assist with Cutover Planning & Service Introduction
- Assist with developing and tracking project plans, timelines and scope
**Essential**
Previous project experience desirable
Good understanding of Finance transactional processing both AP and AR
Experience in finance systems and technology
Proficient in Microsoft office
Good organisational skills
Able to work to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
